This hoist (which can also pull like a winch) bolts onto an overhead i-beam, box section steel, or Liffu gantry trolley to make easy work of any lifting jobs you have around the workshop.
The wireless remote control allows operation from a safe distance without being restricted by a pendant cable. The remote can be locked away to prevent unauthorised use.
The maximum lifting capacity is achieved when the rope is doubled over with the included pulley hook. In a single rope configuration, the capacity is halved and the speed is doubled. The electromagnetic brake is released when the up/down switch is pressed making it fail-safe if power is lost.

What's the difference between and HOIST and a WINCH?
HOISTS are for LIFTING - A 200Kg hoist could probably pull a 1000Kg load
WINCHES are for PULLING - A 1000Kg winch could probably only lift 100Kg
Pulling is easier than lifting and a lifted load needs to be stopped with a brake.
